Hi! Welcome! I’m Erin.

Born and raised in Indiana, I am Midwest to my core. I love the changing of the seasons, heartfelt connections, and, of course, cheering on my IU Hoosiers! If you spot me out and about, it’s likely that I have a crystal in my bra and an iced coffee in my hand. I am, first, a yoga student. My passion is sharing this practice that has been transformational in my life.
